• Traditional SMD Encapsulation Chip Structure

  • Encapsulating the LED light-emitting chip within a bracket to form a chip, then attaching it to the PCB board, requires a bracket and solder pad. The surface of the screen has a granular texture, and the chip is fragile and prone to collisions

• Reverse-mounted COB Encapsulation Structure

  • Directly encapsulating the LED light-emitting chip on the PCB board, using epoxy resin for surface encapsulation, eliminates the need for brackets and solder pads. The screen surface is smooth and even, providing better resistance to impacts and abrasion.

• Traditional Common Anode Power Supply

  • The RGB (Red, Green, Blue) of LED chips are supplied with a unified positive voltage, resulting in higher forward voltage, larger forward current, and higher heat generation due to increased conduction resistance.

• Common Cathode Power Supply

  • The RGB (Red, Green, Blue) of LED chips are separately powered, reducing the forward voltage and conduction resistance, resulting in lower heat generation.
